Terms of service
Use of PartyAmp
PartyAmp is an entertainment app for group party play. By using the website or app, you agree to use it responsibly, only with people who consent to participate, and in a way that is appropriate for your group and setting.
Age and conduct
Some prompts may include mature party content. You are responsible for making sure your use of PartyAmp is appropriate for your age, location, group, and setting. Stop any prompt if someone is uncomfortable.
Purchases
PartyAmp may offer free play limits and premium features. App purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation options, refunds, and payment handling are controlled by Apple and shown during the purchase flow. You can manage App Store subscriptions from your Apple account.
Card content and updates
PartyAmp includes card prompts for entertainment. Card content, card selection, remote deck availability, and app behavior may change over time. The app may download updated card decks or configuration without requiring a full App Store update.
Your submissions
If you send feedback, bug reports, card ideas, or feature requests, you allow us to review and use them to improve PartyAmp without any obligation to compensate you. Do not send content you do not have permission to share.
No accounts
PartyAmp does not currently provide user accounts, multiplayer hosting, cloud saves, or a way to recover local game state from another device. Player names and game sessions are handled locally on the device.
Availability
PartyAmp may change over time, including card content, features, pricing, and availability. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the website, app, remote deck service, or these terms as the product evolves.
